This Proprietary Rights section is a part of Media Deal Digital (Hereinafter referred to as "Media Deal")'s Terms and Conditions and outlines the ownership and use of intellectual property on the Media Deal platform.

1. Ownership of Intellectual Property

1.1 Media Deal Content:

• All content, software, graphics, designs, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, and other intellectual property available on the Media Deal platform ("Media Deal Content") are the property of Media Deal Digital, its partners, or its licensors. This includes any enhancements, modifications, or derivatives of Media Deal Content.

2. Limited License to Users

2.1 License Grant:

• Media Deal grants users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Media Deal platform and Media Deal Content solely for personal or internal business use, in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Restrictions:

Users are not permitted to:

• o Modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any Media Deal Content without prior written consent from Media Deal.
• Use any Media Deal Content for commercial purposes without explicit permission from Media Deal Digital.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Media Deal platform or its underlying software.

3. Trademarks

• The trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names ("Trademarks") displayed on the Media Deal platform are the registered and unregistered Trademarks of Media Deal Digital, its partners, and its licensors. Users may not use any Trademarks without prior written permission from Media Deal Digital or the respective Trademark owner.

4. User Submissions

4.1 License to Media Deal Digital:

• By submitting any ideas, suggestions, documents, and/or proposals ("Submissions") to Media Deal, users agree to grant Media Deal a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense the Submissions for any purpose.

4.2 User Representations:

• Users represent and warrant that they own or have the necessary rights to the User Content and Submissions they provide and that such User Content and Submissions do not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Copyright Infringement

5.1 DMCA Notice:

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used or copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on the Media Deal platform, please notify our Support Team with the following information:

• A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
• A description of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the platform.
• Your address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

5.2 Counter-Notice:

If you believe your User Content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notice with our Support Team that includes:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the content that was removed or disabled and the location where it appeared before it was removed or disabled.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in [your jurisdiction], and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or an agent of such person.

6. Termination

• Media Deal reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's account or access to the platform for violations of these Proprietary Rights or the Terms and Conditions, without prior notice.

7. Changes to Proprietary Rights

• Media Deal reserves the right to update these Proprietary Rights at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and communicated to users. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Proprietary Rights.
